When do I recieve my Exam Voucher?
You will receive your $200 Salesforce certification exam voucher sometime the week of December 29, 2025. As a Trailblazer Workforce Partner, we are able to provide the voucher to our students who complete the program. These vouchers expire 12 months from our voucher request date, so we make that request in bulk for all the students who complete our programs at once. Email info@rapidreskill.com if you have any further voucher questions.
How long do I have access to replays?
You'll have 1-year access to all live session replays, chat logs, and workbooks inside the Learning Portal.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of the first live session. If you decide the program isn't the right fit, email info@rapidreskill.com, and we'll process a refund.
